titleTurn a Flat Buttocks into a Shapely One ~/titlecategory1868/categorypbCan you change a flat buttocks into a shapely one? This question that is presented by numerous women wonder if this is a true possiblity. And why do some women have a flat buttocks and other women are blessed with a beauty?/b/p
pThe question that presents itself by numerous women, including myself, can a flat butt be turned into a shapely one? Now as silly as this might sound, the answer is definitely ~ YES. To what point? That question lies within oneself./p
pLet me start by saying that there isnt a magical exercise that will make your butt transform. What I am saying, there is a way to make a modification to your butt. Consistent exercise that you choose to do, with a nutritious eating plan that contains adequate amounts of protein will being your best interest to bring out the best your buttocks has to offer you. /p
pInitially, I would like you to know that the butt is made up of muscle, fat and skin. There is no bone structure to hold any tissues, so therefore the shape of your buttocks is determined by the three muscles. Did you know that there are three buttocks or gluteus muscles? They are: gluteus maximums, gluteus mediums and gluteus minimums. Believe it or not the gluteus maximums are the largest of the three and are one of the strongest muscles in the body. Gluteus maximums form bulk in the butt muscle mass. /p
pThe butt muscle mass is the largest and strongest muscle in the human body. Unfortunately women tend to store fat in this area. Although fat storage is normal and healthy, its the excessive fat storage that can result in a way most of us women do not care for. As you age the buttocks can become droopy and flat. The cause of a droopy or saggy butt is that the structural support of the muscles is too weak to hold up the fat and skin. For a flat butt, you simply do not have enough muscles to perk the butt up. Otherwise the other factor would lie in the genes ~ yes, thank your family genetics. Then when you have the family genetics and weak muscles all playing a huge part in your buttocks, a flat butt it is. This is my case scenario. With a lot of determination, consistent exercise and a nutritious eating plan you will slowly chip at that flat butt and change it with a curve./p
pYou can target the butt muscle and assist strength, and muscle tone. Some women will take less time than others but it will eventually happen. For me, this development has been slow. I want you to know that I had a shapeless, yet medium frame butt most of my life. A little over the past year I have been working out at the gym with my trainer. /p
pI have my check off list of the improvements that I want to accomplish physically, in time, in my own temple ~ my body. Now I know this might sound a bit silly, but honestly, men or women who workout desire to be able to see changes in their own body. If you dont, then I would suspect that an emotion would surface and disappointment would set in. I will admit that there has been a time or two where I was disappointed due to not being able to see any changes, but as I was reminded over and over again, Give it time?. I kept at it and now I am feeling and seeing the changes. Now if they dont have their goals written down, most likely they have the list in their mind. But you see, for me, I am visual person~ so looking at my notes when I started off to the present, it gives me a true assessment of my changes. I am not second guessing myself and I can follow my fitness journey./p
pNow, what woman doesnt want the best buttocks for herself? I believe that most women would want to achieve a tighter, firmer, taunt butt. But getting the results is another question to achieving. Granted there are many women that are blessed with a beautiful tosh but in time they will need to do some type of exercises to keep that beautify taut look. BR /BR /Just like any other inspired notion you have, there is Uno/U easy way to achieving this ~ except your determination, bodyweight or free weights. Butts are effective in the direction you desire. Lose some of the butt ~ gain some butt ~ firm the butt ~ or just stay the same butt ?it all depends on you. /p
pCurrently I am writing this article to share an outcome of an event that occurred with Michael and me. We were at Costco the other day and I was walking down an aisle. I thought he went into a different direction but the next thing I knew, he was right behind me. Being surprised, I asked him what he was up to. His response was critiquing my work.? I looked at him and he went on to explain himself; he was checking his work out ~ my full back while walking; mostly my buttocks. As we both giggled, I asked him how he was doing (meaning what would he change or continue in the exercises). /p
pMy back is expanding, becoming broader. Growth will continue as I progress on. My goal is to be able to do chin-ups at the bar and no longer at the machine with weights assisting. Men ~ move over! Another story ~ another time. /p
pAs I indicated up to this point of time, my butt has been one that did not have any type of curvature. Recently there has been some change. My butt is no longer flat. It has this nice roundness forming and lifting. Change is starting and it is becoming more and more noticeable. From my panties to pants fit differently; dresses to skirts are now having a small curvature. When looking in the mirror naked, I now have a look that I am enjoying - which plays a role in the self esteem. An emotion of feeling good takes over. The hard work that I have been doing and continue to do, is paying off. I will be continuing my exercises that I am doing with a routine change here or there. I still have work ahead of me to continue my form lift and bring the skin with a stronger taut. /p
pMany gratifications go out to my trainer, Michael. With him watching, critiquing me at the gym and admiring all at the same time, it reinforces my mental ability to continue on, what I can not see. And with the changes that I can see, I want more. It feels wonderful to have a shapely buttock instead of a flat one. /p
pIf I can do it, let me say to you ~ you can do it, too! Want to learn more? I will share the exercises I have been using for the past year to get my butt into form, but remember that there are various exercises that you can learn and apply. You can target the butt muscle and assist strength, and muscle tone. Over time in doing certain exercises, it will transform. Enjoy the exercises your applying to your body, this will make a differences mentally, physically and emotionally. It all takes time , be patient. A will of determination and enjoyment will get the job done correctly. Women over fifty or under can change their rear. Each of us is unique in our own way. ALL things are Possible! /p
